Maybe i dont understand part of your comment x.x but the vector is made totally by me, i just take the screenshot [should add the proper credit for it] cause i cant find something with that resolution, if you notice it the outline is different cause is a shade, not lines.
About the skills dont worry, keep working and each time your vectors should improve, also you can read tutorials or try weird stuff on PS.
